A gala in Las Vegas competes with a dozen others each season. A masquerade wins attention before the invitation is opened. Then on the night, the run-of-show is tuned for giving: a lively entrance, a focused program, and music that lifts the paddle raise rather than drowning it.
One team, one run-of-show
Volunteer committees change, venues have rules, sponsors have expectations. We bring a single run-of-show and one point of contact, and we work directly with your conference event spaces event manager on load-in, sound and timing. Your team gets a night to enjoy, not a production to manage.
Sponsors can be woven in elegantly — named during the grand entrance, honored at the unmasking, or celebrated as the band parades past their table.
Which package fits a gala?
Most charity balls choose the Grand Ball & Fundraiser: a 7–9 piece New Orleans band, second line into the ballroom, paddle-raise emcee support, stilt walkers and full décor. Smaller benefit dinners do beautifully with the Grand Masquerade Gala. Compare everything on the packages page.

Can you help with the paddle raise?
Our Grand Ball & Fundraiser package includes emcee support for paddle raises and live auctions, with music cues timed to keep energy high while bids come in.
Do you work with volunteer committees?
Yes. We give your committee a single run-of-show and one point of contact, and we coordinate with your conference event spaces event manager directly.
Can sponsors be woven into the evening?
Sponsor recognition can be built into the grand entrance, the unmasking moment or the second line — tasteful, not a slideshow.
When should a charity ball book?
Six to nine months out for spring and holiday galas in Las Vegas. Earlier if your date overlaps Mardi Gras season.
